Which utilities are included?
All utilities are included with the exception of telephone and cable/television. Cable/television is included for assisted living and memory care apartments. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also available throughout the community’s common spaces, apartments and cottages.
What floor plans does The Reserve offer?
With innovative features and modern finishes, the floor plans at The Reserve give you plenty of choices to suit your retirement lifestyle. Choose from one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments or two-bedroom cottages in independent living, with studio and one bedroom available in assisted living and memory care.
Do the apartments have balconies or patios?
Many of our independent living apartments include a balcony or patio with outdoor access. Sizes vary according to floor plans. Our community also features several furnished outdoor gathering spaces, as well as an outdoor pool, putting green and bark park.

What is dining like at The Reserve?
Dining at The Reserve is truly worth savoring – with both white-linen and casual dining experiences designed to appeal to a wide variety of tastes. Our delicious gourmet menu options are reason enough to gather around the table – but residents truly enjoy each other’s company at mealtime as well. Residents are of course also able to cook meals in their own full-size kitchens if they so desire.
Does the community allow pets?
Yes – we recognize that pets are considered part of the family for many of our residents. We even offer a bark park and pet grooming station for our furry friends. Please inquire about applicable rules and guidelines.
